Joining Carol Sullivan, who has served in the position since 2001, Dodaro brings over 25 years experience in HR administration, strategic management, training and program development to the new position. Her specialty is employment law and recruiting. Known for creative teaching techniques, Dodaro will retain her associate professorship at Regis University in Denver where she has written course manuals for college-level supervisory and leadership classes.
As a member of the Adams County Workforce Development Board for the past five years, Dodaro regularly addresses the shortages in healthcare. Recently, she has been asked to serve on a regional board that will position Colorado to receive federal job training funds.
