Employee Benefits at NAS Recruitment Communications

NAS offers a comprehensive package of benefits to full-time and part-time employees (working at least 20 hours per week). Employees are eligible for benefits one month from their date of hire. In addition to the following highlights, NAS also offers paid holidays, vacation time and paid sick time.

Medical Insurance

We offer two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) choices. In some areas, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) option may also be available. There are three benefit levels to choose from for all health, dental and vision benefits: Employee Only, Employee +1, and Family.

Dental Insurance

We provide two enrollment options: Preferred Dentist Program (PDP) and the Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO).

Vision Insurance

For in-network providers, coverage includes exam, lenses and frames up to certain limits, as well as an annual allowance for the cost of contact lenses and exams. Discounts and preferred member pricing are available for LASIK surgery, additional prescription glasses and enhancements.

Prescription Drug

We offer access to prescription drug coverage through a Prescription Drug Plan. There are two ways to purchase your prescription drugs: retail and mail order.

401(k) Plan

This is a tax-deferred savings plan with matching contributions by NAS. Employees may accumulate savings from before-tax earnings, with a 50% employer match on up to 6% of covered salary. Enrollment is immediate; vesting is after three years of service.

Long-Term Disability

In the event of an illness or injury that creates a total disability that exceeds 180 days, long-term disability will provide an income stream equal to 50% of base salary, up to certain limits. Additional coverage is also available.

Basic Life Insurance

We provide basic life insurance coverage equal to 1X your annual base compensation. Employees may purchase additional coverage, including additional life, spousal life, child life, long-term care and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

Group Home and Auto Insurance

Employees may obtain quotes from Met Life and/or Liberty Mutual, with discounts that average 20%-30% off retail.

Flexible Spending Accounts

These accounts reduce taxes by allowing you to contribute a portion of your pay, up to $5,000, on a pre-tax basis to two different accounts: the Health Care Spending Account and/or the Dependent Care Spending Account.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

This program provides confidential counseling, financial and legal services, as well as family education and dependent care referral assistance.

Identity Theft Assistance

This voluntary benefit offers a credit monitoring service that alerts employees to suspicious account activity. It also assists in restoring credit and reimbursing you for covered out-of-pocket expenses incurred while restoring your credit.

Group Legal Plan

The Group Legal Plan benefit provides access to a nationwide network of attorneys who can provide advice and assistance on a broad range of personal legal matters. Most in-network legal assistance is covered 100%.

Adoption Assistance Plan

Through the Adoption Assistance Plan, employees can receive an 80% reimbursement with a $5,000 maximum benefit per year or per adoption, subject to IRS regulations.
