Challenge: To develop a creative print campaign that addressed the issues of diversity. NVIDIA is a global leader in advanced graphics and multimedia processing technology and one of the world's premier semiconductor companies. The organization sought to attract the most qualified candidates, as well as address the concern that the firm was not being thought of as embracing diversity, when in fact they were quite open to people and ideas of every description.

Solution: Emphasize the spirit of unlimited possibility that is inherent in young people while meeting the diversity issue with images of people from many backgrounds. Visually, the "wide open" nature of NVIDIA was emphasized by using as much white space as possible. While the ads had a clean, corporate appearance, the graphic treatment had a fresh, eye-opening, whimsical approach. At the same time, the written messages of the ads dealt directly with ideas, achievement, and unlimited possibility.

Results: The campaign is in use nationally, with a high level of recognition and response. NVIDIA recruiters report excellent response to the ads, specifically mentioning the issues of innovation and diversity.
