Solution: Using the client's idea as a starting point, NAS designed a poster, letter from the hospital president, and nomination form with the theme "Rising Stars Recognition Program." The illustration that accompanies the headline features three people with their heads upturned toward a night sky, with one of them pointing toward a shooting star. What started out as a simple line drawing from the client turned into a full-blown, beautiful four-color illustration with much more impact.

Results: The client was extremely pleased with the program and the rave reviews it received from the employees. In fact, they believed it improved interaction between all of the employees and was a big morale boost for the organization. While Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital always felt they had a family-like atmosphere, the Rising Star Recognition Program made it feel more close-knit than ever.
