Challenge: Terremark was faced with the task of hiring at least 30 Active Top Secret Clearance employees within a 90-day time frame for its state-of-the-art facility in Miami. They asked NAS to create an Employee Referral Program that would generate excitement with current employees and compel them to refer the right candidates (those with the appropriate Clearance), since time was of the essence.

Solution: Keeping the client's goals in mind, NAS based our concept around a "secret agent" theme. The headline, "Pssst...Got a friend with Top Secret Clearance?" quickly lets the readers/employees know exactly what type of candidates we're looking for, while the body copy goes into more detail about the types of positions available. The visual, a moody and compelling illustration of a man with mysterious eyes and his coat open to reveal money and brochures of a cruise (the grand prize), is a creative way to incorporate all the elements of the program.

Results:Only recently launched, this Employee Referral Program has already begun to draw numerous resumes, according to the client. On a side note: the client loved the poster so much, they decided to adapt the design to their marketing materials as well, and had NAS create job fair collateral that included display units, pen packs, posters and flyers with the headline "Pssst...Want to Discover Miami's Best Kept Secret?"
