Challenge: SSM DePaul was so impressed with our work on their prior student nursing "pampering" event that they asked NAS to create a whole new multi-piece campaign for their next in a series: a pajama party. This needed to be depicted in a really fun way in order to encourage students from 12 area colleges to attend this evening event in their pajamas.

Solution: Beginning with our proprietary Demand Chain-an extensive discovery process that allows us to customize deliverables-NAS made a significant commitment to understanding SSM DePaul Health Center's situation. We decided that a retro, '50s-style look was the best way to get these students' attention. It easily stands out and evokes a spirit of good, clean fun. We developed a theme that was light-hearted and chose a quirky font that carried the feel through. Main event highlights were bulleted for easy reading. NAS carefully strategized a campaign that included a full-color poster, static e-card, and flyer to hand out during clinical rotations.

Results: Because of our effective, eye-catching ad campaign, the client was able to reach 50% more students than usual - and hire 30% more students than usual for that semester. Thrilled with the work we did, the client says the different styles of material we provided helped them reach students in a multitude of ways. In addition, because we also provided mailing services, this client's time was further freed up to attend to the details of this successful event.
