Matthew Adam – Executive Vice President & Chief Talent Strategist
An expert on recruitment communications, Matthew Adam works with many of NAS' largest accounts to provide insight and analysis regarding industry trends. During his 15 years at NAS, he has earned the title of NAS Executive of the Year twice—in 2006 and 2007. In 2009, he was promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief Talent Strategist and is responsible for sales operations and direct oversight of the Atlanta, Cincinnati, Denver, and Minneapolis offices.
Matthew is often a featured speaker on topics like employment branding, interactive recruitment marketing and website best practices at national SHRM, SMA and CUPA-HR events. His articles are frequently published in trade journals and business magazines, such as HR Magazine, Global Business & Organizational Excellence and NAHCR Directions.
