Day-to-day responsibilities include paying media and operating vendors, invoicing clients in the format that they've requested and applying payments to our system. We’re a cohesive team that is highly service oriented, honest and dependable. To succeed here, you’ll need to be as good with numbers as you are with people.
A day in the life of Diane Robinson, Media Payables Specialist
9:00am – Incoming Invoices: Sorting the daily mail.
12:20pm – Bingo Break: Playing a lunchtime game with co-workers.
4:45pm – Quality Check: Discussing a pending invoice with a sales office.
