UMMC

1. NAS created an employment brand for the University of Maryland Medical Center, using its own employees to voice the organization’s message of discovery and learning.

2. NAS Interactive developed a careers site that offers an in-depth look at nursing, allied health and other opportunities. Testimonials deliver a more genuine message.

3. For an aggressive nurse hiring initiative, we used trade ads, direct mail and radio to drive traffic to a microsite. The strategy netted 261 applicants in a three-month period.

4. The brand was launched internally with a Flash email to staff, and extended further through a highly successful employee referral program.

MinuteClinic

1. MinuteClinic operates retail health clinics within CVS locations. Our goal was to tell Registered Nurse Practitioners exactly what sets this role apart from other opportunities.

2. Our multi-media strategy included traditional media, as well as solutions such as Splash pages, microsites, search engine optimization and pay-per-click campaigns.

3. In addition, NAS Interactive delivered site evaluation, a sitemap, concept/copy and consultation for a careers portal, with a focus on improving the candidate experience.

4. We also brought the brand internal with an onboarding program and a new employee referral program. Referrals are now the #2 hiring source.
