Kao, a leading global health and beauty company, engaged NAS to create a site for its operations in North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
Our goal was to integrate company and career content into one site, educating visitors on the scope and operations of the company, as well as its culture and career opportunities. The site features large, high-impact visuals that are fitting for its business, along with simple and distinct navigation to direct viewers quickly to the content they seek.
To tell the story about Kao, we created pages that explain who they are (including interactive sections on brands, history and locations), what they believe (with a focus on innovation and their Kao Way philosophy) and a career section. The career section includes videos we produced, along with benefits, culture information and multiple employee testimonials.
Kao’s job search is powered by Activate™, the NAS candidate attraction platform. Job seekers can search for the right role using a global map or use various filters to drill down to the best fit for their needs.
