Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) is a state-of-the-art healthcare system located in Prescott, Arizona. Our partnership includes branding work, development of a career site powered by ACTIVATE®, and ongoing recruitment marketing efforts to attract and engage the right candidates.
After discovery, NAS learned that YRMC has a dual appeal to candidates. They are attracted by the system’s culture and leading-edge medicine, as well as its highly appealing location in Prescott. Our employment brand concept juxtaposes a working shot and lifestyle shot of a single employee, showing how candidates can “thrive,” both personally and professionally.
We conducted several photo shoots to capture images of employees at work. Then, we took the same employees and showed them involved in an outdoor activity that also allowed us to showcase the stunning landscape and great climate of the Prescott Valley area.
NAS also created and hosts a career site and ACTIVATE® platform for the system. The site allows us to showcase their culture and location, while offering an enhanced candidate experience with featured jobs, events and an advanced job search.
Our client services and creative teams have helped with numerous objectives, including RN job fairs, print ads, job description rewrites, direct mail and a Google display campaign. YRMC also successfully implements programmatic advertising with our NAS Programmatic offering.
