Knowing that candidates’ first goal is to find and apply for the right job, the South Shore Health site uses our ACTIVATE™ platform to provide multiple points of entry in the job search. We include a simple search widget on every page, as well as a Search All Jobs button, a search by location page with map, links to featured jobs and pre-filtered links on the job family pages.

Seamless Design

The design of the South Shore Health career site is based on the same wireframe and visual branding of the consumer-facing site, offering a seamless experience for candidates who path from the main site. Our employment theme plays off of the marketing theme, and we utilize the colors and fonts to keep strong continuity with the image that will be familiar to candidates.

Each page on the site has a section featuring testimonials from several employees. This peer-to-peer content gives candidates a glimpse into why the staff at South Shore Health enjoys working there and allows us to touch on multiple value propositions in an authentic and compelling way.
